Coaching is a collaborative conversation that helps you think more clearly about what you want, what may be getting in the way, and what you want to do next. I ask questions, reflect what I’m hearing, help you explore possibilities, and support you in turning insight into action.

Coaching may be a good fit if you’re navigating change, making an important decision, building something, or feeling stuck and want thoughtful support as you figure out what comes next.

We begin by deciding together what would be most useful to focus on. You bring what matters most to you, and we shape the conversation together around what you want to explore, understand, or move forward.

You don’t need to decide before we talk. During your Discovery Session, we’ll look at what you want to accomplish and what kind of support would be most useful, then determine which option makes the most sense.

Everyone starts with a complimentary  Discovery Session on Zoom, up to 60 minutes. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to coaching, what you’d like to work on, and whether working together feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure to continue.

I believe coaching should be within reach for anyone who wants it. If cost is a concern, I invite you to reach out. My Contact page has a few simple ways to get in touch, and we can explore what might make coaching possible for you.


 

Yes. What you share in coaching is confidential. The only exceptions are circumstances where I am legally required to disclose information or where there is a serious safety concern.
