How We Stay Aligned Authentic You

Values to Help You Stay Clear, Focused and Supported.

These values shape everything we do. Whether through coaching, workshops, or resources, they help you stay connected to what matters and keep moving with intention.

  • Empowerment means using the strength you already have—with more confidence and clarity.

  • Intent is about making thoughtful choices and aligning your actions with your priorities.

  • Community reminds us that growth is supported by the people and influences around you.

The Why Behind It All This Work Is Personal

Because micro business owners deserve real support, not one-size-fits-all advice.

People often see the highlight reel—career milestones, big wins, and joyful moments. But the full picture includes the hard seasons too: the detours, setbacks, and lonely decisions that come with running a business. For years, I built something meaningful, but I often did it without the resources, guidance, or support I truly needed.

The truth is, building a successful business wasn’t a straight path. It was winding and steep, and sometimes I learned the hard way. That’s why I do this work—to help others walk a clearer road. I believe your journey deserves practical tools, honest support, and a sense of possibility. My goal is to offer what I once needed: more perspective, more partnership, and more clarity.

Rooted in Why For the Ones Doing it All

Clarity, encouragement, and real tools to keep you moving forward.

Micro business owners are doing the work of an entire team, often behind the scenes and without a map. It’s creative, courageous, and nonstop. After 30 years of building service-based businesses, I know what that takes. What I offer now—the coaching, resources, and mindset shifts—come directly from what helped me grow, stay grounded, and keep going. You don’t need someone to tell you what to do—you need space to think clearly, reflect honestly, and take your next step with clarity and intention.

Passion Project A Different Kind of Small Business

A lot of people don’t realize there’s a difference between small businesses and micro businesses. But there is—and it’s a big one. “Small business” can mean a company with hundreds of employees and formal systems in place. A micro business is something entirely different: usually just one person, maybe a few, doing the work of an entire team. No HR department, no IT, just a vision and the drive to make it happen.

The problem? Most business resources, funding programs, and support tools are built for companies with traction and teams. They assume you already have capacity—when in reality, you might still be building the foundation. If you've ever felt like those “small business” resources didn’t quite fit, you're not wrong. They weren’t designed for businesses like yours.

That’s why I focus on micro business owners. The overlooked. The bootstrappers. The ones who need practical guidance that matches the reality of building something meaningful with limited time, energy, and support.

Coaching is where that guidance becomes real. It’s how we shift from barely keeping up to moving forward with clarity and purpose. I work with micro business owners who want more than just advice—they want a steady partner in their growth. If you’re looking for focused support, long-term strategy, and space to think deeply about where you’re headed, that’s what we build together. Coaching isn’t a quick fix—it’s the backbone of sustainable growth for the people doing it all.
