What exactly is coaching?
Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process that helps you think clearly, make confident decisions, and take action toward what matters most. It’s not therapy or medical advice—we won’t diagnose or treat, and I won’t tell you what to do. Instead, we’ll explore where you are, where you want to go, and what’s in the way. Everything we discuss is confidential, except in rare cases involving safety or legal concerns.
How do I start?
Most people begin with a Discovery Session—a 60-minute call to explore what you’re working toward, experience coaching, and see if we’re a good fit. You can book it directly on the site.
Can I book a single session?
Yes. You can schedule a One-Hour Call whenever you need focused support—once in a while or as often as you’d like. It’s open to new and returning clients with no ongoing commitment.
Do I need to commit long-term?
No commitment required. Coaching is pay-as-you-go, and you can continue for as long as it adds value. Growth tends to build with consistency, but how long we work together is entirely up to you.
What’s included in the Monthly Partnership?
Up to one private session each week, support between sessions, and a consistent space for growth. It’s $600 per month, billed automatically on your start date. You can cancel anytime before your next payment.

What is CEO Day?
A full-day, in-person experience to pause, plan, and realign your business or goals. You don’t need to be a current client—just ready to think deeply and move forward with intention.

What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens, and flexibility is part of the process. You’re welcome to reschedule when needed, as long as it’s within the notice period outlined in your booking confirmation or policy. Sessions that aren’t rescheduled within that window are considered used. While payments are non-refundable, I’ll always do my best to find a new time that works.
What if cost is a barrier?
