Along the way, I worked closely with thousands of professionals, helping them develop their skills, businesses, and communication as they navigated change and leadership. What stayed with me most was how much people carried alongside their ambitions, often without enough support: decisions, responsibilities, uncertainty, and the expectations of others. I’ve experienced that myself, too. That experience shaped the foundation of Love Your Spark.
